A Missoula church needs a full-time church administrator. This employee needs to have excellent writing, verbal, and active listening skills, along with excellent organizational skills and a working knowledge of church process, financial/bookkeeping, payroll, taxes, and technology. Knowledge of WordPress, social media, and Microsoft Publisher is a plus. The church administrator will be expected to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality. Duties include facilitating and supervising the day-to-day business operations of the church. These tasks include managing the financial aspects of the church, overseeing the use and maintenance of the facility and grounds, volunteer coordination and delivery of communications via e-mail, social media, and written and verbal means. A behavior support coordinator provides services to people served in the community, family, home and recreational setting, struggling with behavioral and emotional issues. This employee works closely with clinical professionals in providing services as assigned and developed through prescribed curriculum lesson plans. The job requires knowledge of behavior techniques and interventions and an understanding of the emotional and behavioral needs of people with emotional and behavior issues. Requirements include good oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills and basic assessment abilities. A personal care attendant is needed for in-home care of two women. Duties include bathing, diapering, transferring, spoon feeding, and dressing, as well as keeping patients’ living areas clean and some meal preparation. Experience as a caregiver is required; experience working in a facility setting is a plus. A nonprofit organization is looking for a full-time outreach coordinator with a bachelor’s degree or at least three years’ experience in a related field. The coordinator works to end hunger through emergency food distribution and increasing access to public food programs.
