A Missoula employer is looking to hire an Operations Manager who can plan, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary in the manufacture of biological products.  This position requires three to five years of management experience, preferably in the production industry. Applicants must possess the following skills: experience managing raw materials, production processes, quality control, costing, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods; mechanical knowledge of machines and tools, including designs, uses, repair, and maintenance; knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. Preferred candidates will have a background in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The Operations Manager will plan, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary in the manufacture of biological products under GMP in accordance with quality, cost, and quantity specifications. This is a full time position, offering with work hours typically during the Monday to Friday day shift. The employer offers the right applicant $40, 000 per year, depending on their experience. A program for teen parents seeks a full time Case Manager/Project Coordinator. The employer prefers that applicants have obtained their Bachelor’s in Social Work or have a Bachelor’s in Human Services. The position requires experience with at-risk youth, case management, and group facilitation. The Case Manager will advocate for and mentor teen parents. This position will coordinate education and career development. The Case Manager works 30 to 40 hours per week and the offered yearly salary amounts to $25,500.
