The friendly skies

Missoula's continued growth has lead to an increase in the demand for flight travel. As a result, the Missoula International Airport has increased flight frequency as well as the number of destinations flown to.

Missoula Airport

Missoula’s steady growth during recent years has led to an increased demand for air service. The Missoula International Airport has made great strides in attracting more destinations and has a continual goal of attracting new air service. Missoula is serviced by four commercial airlines that have regular flights in and out of Missoula.

In addition to Missoula flights, many travelers fly in and out of Spokane, Washington, a short (and beautiful) 3 hour drive through the Rocky Mountains to the west of Missoula on I-90. Southwest Airlines is one of several additional airlines that serve Spokane.

Flights into Kalispell, Helena, and Butte are also options for those looking to see more of Montana, with Missoula an easy 120 miles or so away.
