Bob Zimorino, writer of Make It Missoula’s “Taste It” blog, has been getting more than a fair share of requests for recipes. Bob, with childhood and adolescent culinary training from his mother (affectionately referred to as “Momma Z”) later went on to become a a chef and owner of Missoula’s own Zimorino’s restaurant.
