A Note From Griz Basketball

Dear Griz Fans,

Tomorrow we play Eastern Washington in a rematch of last year’s Big Sky Conference championship game. They pulled one off and beat us in Cheney earlier this year. THIS GAME IS HUGE and we need YOU to pack Dahlberg. Our crowd is a game changer.

Help us get a victory over the Eagles tomorrow night, February 9th at 7 pm.

If you need more reasons to get to the game, here you go:

  • We have won 6 games in a row and want to make that 7.
  • We’ve won 23 of our last 24 home games. Help us keep that home court advantage alive.
  • We are alone in first place in the Big Sky Conference. Help us stay there and defend our title. Every win counts.
  • Over the past 5 years, Montana and Eastern have been the two winningest programs in the Big Sky so you know it will be an exciting game.
  • Do you want to be a part of history? Michael Oguine and Ahmaad Rorie are both close to 1,500 career points. Mike needs 12 and Ahmaad needs 21 to get there. Both could eclipse that mark tomorrow.
  • Last but not least… a win will give Coach DeCuire 100 wins at Montana. Let’s help him get that 100th win AT HOME!

Get your tickets early at griz.tix.com or visit the Adams Center Box Office. Open until 4:30 today and again at 1 pm tomorrow. Arrive to the game early to avoid traffic congestion on campus.

Be there. Be loud. BE PROUD. Go Griz!

Up with Montana,
Your Griz Basketball Team
