This care coordinator supervisor job consists of promoting client-centered case management, monitoring a budget, working in concert with VA and associated agencies, providing community education and outreach, evaluating program development and quality assurance, and supervising staff. Individuals who have succeeded in this position have had a master’s degree in clinical social work or other relevant behavioral science (human services, psychology, nursing) and two years of relevant experience with experience in a health-care setting preferred; or a suitable combination of education and experience. An established landscaping company seeks an irrigation repair technician. Irrigation experience is required and applicants must be knowledgeable in all aspects of irrigation and are able to work alone, servicing residential and commercial customers. Other landscaping experience and knowledge is preferred. A background check, a clean driving record, and ability to drive a manual transmission are required. A high level of fitness is required, as these workers repeatedly lift 65 pounds and work on their hands and knees, performing manual labor. No directly related experience is required, but the needed skills and abilities are typically acquired through the equivalent of high-school graduation and three months of experience in a nursery, farm, ranch, or other outdoor work. An interest in growing plants, working outdoors, or conservation of Montana’s natural resources in beneficial. Work is seasonal, running about 4.5 months. Salary is $10.50 per hour.
