2nd Annual Texas Hold ’Em Poker Tournament Slated for Sunday, March 6

The Missoula Downtown Foundation’s second annual Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament will take place on Sunday, March 6 in the members-only room at the Historic Hell Gate Elks Lodge Hall (112 N. Pattee St.) in Downtown Missoula. Doors open at 1 pm, and tournament play commences at 2 pm.

The cost of the tournament is $100 per person, $1,000 for a Sponsor Table of 10, and $5 entry fee for spectators.  Unlimited Re-Buys are $50 each at the tournament, and all buy-ins equal $3,000 in chips. Run by Brad Jarvis of Stockman’s Poker Room, the tournament includes complimentary appetizers and a no-host bar.

Businesses and groups of individuals are encouraged to create a team of ten to start the tournament together for the opportunity to knock a co-worker or friend out of the tournament for a bit of friendly competition. Competing players can place a bounty on their own heads and challenge their table players to knock them out of the tournament.
