Responsibilities include recommending organizational directions, procedures, and improvements; analyzing results and responding to rapid change; hiring, training, supervising, and coordinating attendants; designing projects and working with printing and graphics specialists; and processing timecards and travel paperwork. A Missoula employer seeks a full-time Parents as Teachers educator, emphasizing parent-child interaction, development-centered parenting, and family well-being. This position partners, facilitates, and reflects with families. Duties include recruitment; initial and annual family-centered assessments; developing, monitoring, and reviewing goals with each family; providing home visits; and providing monthly group connections to families as an opportunity to build social connections, engage in parent-child interaction activities, and increase their knowledge of how to support their children’s development.
