Addiction organization seeks employees – Western Montana Addiction Services will hold a mini job fair on Thursday, April 30, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.This is an opportunity for job seekers to find out more about the organization and explore possible career opportunities. The organization hopes to hire four residential care workers, a billing department manager, a licensed addiction counselor, a part-time LPN, and a home-based therapist. Anyone interested in meeting representatives from Western Montana Addiction Services is invited to stop by the job fair, held at Missoula Job Service, 539 South Third Street West.

Using professional social work practices, a Community-Based Care Transitions Program enroller/care coach is needed in Missoula. This employee implements and refines the program, and screens, educates, and orients Medicare beneficiaries for participation. Other duties include identifying Medicare fee-for-service beneficiaries discharging outside of our service area and providing a Care Transitions Intervention enhanced visit in the hospital and follow-up phone calls once they return home. This position also provides a traditional home visit intervention to beneficiaries discharging locally. Requirements include a four-year degree in health care or social work and two years of related work experience in a health-care setting preferred or a suitable combination of education and experience, including volunteer work.
