Internationally Renowned Barbara Wold in Missoula for Business Workshops May 7-8

Barbara Wold, known world-wide for her expertise in retail sales and tourism, will be in Missoula May 7-8 for three business development workshops and a keynote luncheon, offered by the Missoula Downtown Association. Her visit to Missoula immediately follows the keynote presentation at the 2015 Montana Economic Developers Association annual conference May 5.

With expertise in consumer trends, marketing strategies, customer service and much more, Wold will offer three business workshops on Thursday, May 7, and Missoula business owners, managers and frontline staff are invited to attend. The three business workshops are:

Wold will also be the featured guest at the MDA’s Business Development Keynote Luncheon, presenting on How the Business World is Changing Today Friday, May 8 from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm at the Holiday Inn Downtown.
