Welders are needed for a growing manufacturing company. Qualifications include at least a year of welding experience, strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work independently without supervision or as part of a team, willingness to work extra hours when required, ability to perform in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (this is key), proven attendance record, high school diploma or GED-equivalent required, and strong math and analytical skills, including the ability to read a tape measure. Experience in aluminum MIG welding is preferred. Candidates with proficiency in both aluminum MIG and TIG systems may be shown preference. Specific certifications are not required but employees will be required to pass a welding test administered by an outside Certified Welding Instructor. A non-profit organization seeks a property manager to coordinate and supervise day-to-day activities. This position maintains tenant records, interviews new applicants and checks references, shows property to prospective renters, and updates waiting lists. The manager supervises, plans, and schedules maintenance work for repairs and turn-overs. A bachelor’s degree in public administration, business, social science or a related field, plus four years of experience in housing or a related field, is required. A property-manager license and two years of supervisory experience is preferred. A Montana driver’s license, vehicle, insurance and acceptable driving record are needed. Treatment service technicians are needed for summer jobs, working with adolescents who are emotionally challenged. A high-school diploma or GED is required. Experience in human services is preferred. An experienced concrete finisher / superintendent is needed by a local company. At least two years of experience, including flat, curb, and sidewalk work is required.
