It requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology or other human services, and three years of experience in a social-service agency. The coordinator supervises case managers, trains and evaluates staff, and counsels new residents. Hours are weekdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. with shared on-call responsibilities.
