A Missoula company needs customer-service support techs for Internet-based products. Employee must have at least a year of tech-support experience. Helpdesk/A+ certification is helpful; GPS experience is highly desirable. These positions require broad tech knowledge of computers, GPS and software, experience providing excellent customer service and problem resolution. It is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Workers who are innovative, positive, proactive, and embrace change should apply. A strong understanding of Windows/Mac OS and software tools, use and configuration is also essential. The techs provide support to users, dealers, and distributors. These jobs are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week or more. Pay is $9 to $14 per hour, depending on experience. Paid employee health insurance, retirement, vacation and sick leave are provided.
