A local manufacturing facility is looking for a new employee who can fit seamlessly into the business as a sewing operator for high-tech body armor. The employee must have at least two years of industrial sewing experience and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Other requirements are being able to understand and interpret patterns, experience in using a single-needle and walking foot sewing machines, round-knife and straight-knife machines, hot/cold knife programmable machines, and having basic math skills. Successful applicants will pass a sewing test and a math test. The job is Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It pays $10 – $12.50 per hour.

Experienced medical receptions/office assistants are needed for 30-35 hours per week in Missoula. Applicants must have at least a year of receptionist experience, preferably in a health care setting. Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing procedures, Microsoft Word and Excel, and typing speed of at least 35 words per minute are required. Someone with a warm, outgoing personality and professional demeanor is ideal. Duties include greeting and directing patients, determining financial status, scheduling appointments, sales, and other tasks. Pay is $10 to $12 per hour.

If your current job is rubbing you the wrong way, one employer seeks a licensed massage therapist. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic, positive, health-oriented, organized, and fun. The therapist must be a team player and computer literate. This job comes with a lot of flexibility on hours and can be either part-time or full-time. Wage depends on experience, with potential for bonus.
