Are you looking for professional work in a fast paced, team oriented environment? A local GPS mapping company is in need of a full-time Backend Developer with Database experience. This position requires a BS/BA in computer science, or related field, and 2-5 years of database experience. The qualified person will have database development and management experience. Experience in the GIS arena is highly desirable. Applicants must have experience using databases to automate the extracting, transforming, and loading of data. The Backend Developer will collaborate on the development of GPS maps and Apps for recreational use, organizing data on an ArcServer for use in different divisions of the company. In addition, she or he will perform data editing as well as research and develop mapping on new platforms. This is a full time position, offering 40 hours per week, generally day shift, Monday through Friday. The employer pays from $30,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. A 24 hour addiction services organization’s residential facility for females seeks a House Manager. Applicants must have a GED or High School diploma and prior experience working within field of substance abuse/addiction. The position requires the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken language. The employer conducts criminal background checks. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license. The House Manager will assist residents with meal planning and other household tasks as we conduct drug/alcohol testing. This is a part time position offering weekend hours. Typically, the House Manager works midnight to 8:00 a.m. as well as relief hours as needed, for 16 or more hours per week. This job pays $10.50 per hour. He or she must have at least two years of retail experience, possess a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 75 pounds. The Salesperson greets customers confidently and demonstrates beds, futons, and children’s furniture. Some warehouse work is also required. Typical work hours are as follows: Monday through Wednesday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.  Pay starts at $9.00 per hour, depending on experience. The employer prefers applicants with Swim Instructor Experience and Lifeguard Certifications. Those without swimming instructor experience will be considered if they have related prior experience working with children and are committed to becoming a certified Swim Instructor upon being hired. You must be available to teach swimming lessons. The Swim Instructor is responsible for maintaining order in swimming classes and the pool area, assuring the safety of all pool participants. The successful applicant will teach swimming skills to participants of various ages and backgrounds, serve as a Lifeguard, and must demonstrate the ethical values of the organization.
