A local chemical company is seeking a Chemical Plant Operations Customer Service Specialist. The company has been in operation in Missoula since 1983 and is seeking long-term employees. This position prefers one of more years of logistics coordination and/or freight carrier interaction. Computer skills are required, but the company will train the successful applicant on specific computer programs.  Applicants must be capable of forklift certification and have no lifting restrictions. The employer also requires that applicants understand accounts payable/receivable and warehouse stock control. Customer service and data entry are the primary duties of this position. Work is Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and includes a 30 minute lunch. A statewide non-profit located in Missoula is seeking a Development Coordinator to further its mission to end hunger in Montana.  The employer prefers a Bachelor’s degree and applicants must have a minimum of two years marketing and promotion experience. The successful applicant will possess proven mastery in database operation and computer software usage. The employer is looking for a highly organized individual with excellent problem solving, interpersonal and management skills. The Development Coordinator will direct response fundraising, manage aspects of direct mail campaign, and supervise volunteers. She or will maintain databases, generate reports, and follow-up with donors. In addition, the Development Coordinator will create newsletters and maintain the business website. This is a full time position with weekday hours. Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, experience working with troubled children in paid or volunteer setting, basic computer skills and a valid Driver’s License. The Counselor will provide direct care to children with significant emotional needs within a group home setting. This position works closely with the treatment team to create appropriate, safe, and loving treatment interventions. This position offers 40 hours each week, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Hours and shifts may fluctuate and will include long shifts. The employer pays $10.35 per hour and offers a full benefit package. The job closes on March 7, 2013.
