The Missoula Indian Center is seeking a full-time Executive Director.

The employer prefers applicants have obtained a Master’s Degree in public administration, social work, health administration or other related fields. Applicants with a Bachelor’s Degree must have at least five years of experience in management, administration and supervision at a public or tribal non-profit.

This position is responsible for realizing the Missoula Indian Center (MIC) mission, vision and values through day-to-day operations including but not limited to the administrative, programmatic, risk management, financial, human resources and financial development activities. The Director is responsible for maintaining the budgets, reporting procedures and will conduct follow-up on all grants received by MIC.

This is a full time position. The salary will be negotiated based on experience. The job closes on January 15, 2013.

Do you have mad computer skills? This job might be the one you are looking for! An internet based GPS mapping company needs a Backend Developer with Database experience.

The company is looking for a candidate with database management knowledge. Applicants must have two years’ experience using database to extract, transform, and load data. Successful applicants will possess strong skills in SQL, Excel, Python, Google Refine, ETL, ArcGIS, Arc Server, and Oracle.

The Developer will collaborate on the development of GPS maps and applications for recreational use. He or she will use SQL to manipulate data and organize data on an ArcServer for use in different divisions of the company, and edit. The company is based out of Missoula, Montana.

This is a full time position with primarily day time hours. The pay depends on experience—from $30,000 to $60,000 per year. Are you a truck driver willing to drive to Canada? A local employer is seeking an experienced Truck Driver.

Applicants must possess a current and valid Class A CDL. The company is willing to train qualified applicants and offers refresher training and a full CDL course with the successful applicant’s one year commitment. The job requires travel over the road (48 states and Canada) up to three weeks at a time. The company hauls flatbed and over-dimensional freight (lumber, steel, general and special commodities).

Applicants must possess or be able to obtain a passport, AL Coil Certification and TWIC (company paid); In addition, applicants must be able to pass a stress test and be able to obtain current DOT medical certification. A pre-employment drug and alcohol test will be administered. The travel will travel over the road up to three weeks at a time. He or she will be required to secure and tarp cargo, fill out daily logbooks, company trip envelopes and other required paperwork.

This is a full time position and pays .32 to .41 cents per mile, depending on qualifications and experience. The employer offers a fuel bonus and is offering a $500 bonus for recent CDL graduates and a $1,000 bonus.
