Missoula 5k/10k road race featuring nine local bands to benefit HIV/AIDS programs

The Second Annual Rockin’ Race for AIDS Awareness will take place on Saturday, August 18, 2012.

The event includes a 5k and 10k course for runners and walkers featuring nine live and local bands. This family-friendly event benefits programs of Open Aid Alliance and services for people living with HIV/AIDS in western Montana. Family discount prices are available and high quality technical shirts will be given to all participants.

This year’s lineup includes; Greenstar, Baby and Bukowski, Xero Gravity, Monks on Fire, Kenny Wait & Friends, Three Eared Dog, Burlesco, the Soul City Brass Band and the Chalfonts. Registration and course map is available online on the Open Aid Alliance website or by calling 406-543-4770.
