A Missoula family-owned pub and casino is seeking a career-minded Manager for long term employment. This can be an exciting position for the right motivated individual.  Applicants need two to three years of management experience, preferably in the hospitality trade. The employer requires applicants demonstrate computer literacy and excellent customer service skills as well as general knowledge of the gaming industry.  The position requires a valid driver’s license and vehicle. As a Manager, you will hire, train, supervise and schedule staff to make sure customers receive excellent customer service. The Manager will run errands as needed, maintain inventory and make sure the business is clean. The hours and days worked can vary; the business is open Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.  Pay depends on experience and includes an IRA match. A local school district is seeking a Certified Music Instructor. Applicants must be certified to teach kindergarten through eighth grade music classes and must possess a Montana teaching certification. This position teaches students about the joy and structure of music, both individually and in groups. The Instructor will use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions and demonstrations. This is a full time position. A local university seeks a full-time Computer Software Engineer. The engineer will have a combination of education/experience of a Bachelor’s degree in information systems and at least five years of related experience. It is necessary to be able to lift 50 pounds and to work in confined, cramped spaces, sometimes with loud noise. Advanced skills with Microsoft’s authentication and authorization polices, processes, and procedures are required, along with advanced skill with security principals in a directory-services program, advanced skills with OpenDAP, knowledge of hardware architectures in directory services, and other knowledge, including Microsoft Identity Lifecycle Manager, Windows, Linux, Microsoft Visual Studio and Apache Tomcat. The engineer will research, design, implement and oversee the university’s central authentication directory services and central electronic messaging service. Working with outside vendors and entities is necessary. This is a full time position and pays between $56,178 and $57,801 per year.
