A local company is searching for an Office Manager. Applicants need skills in bookkeeping, word processing, desktop publishing, and QuickBooks-style billing.

This position requires internet knowledge as the Office Manager will be posting ads on Craig’s List, using Facebook, blogging, and working with Twitter.

In addition, good phone and interpersonal skills are a must. The Office Manager will collect rents, process rental applications, make deposits, prepare monthly owner statements and disbursals, and coordinate rental repairs. The successful applicant will also design flyers and update websites.

This is a full time position, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The company offers a competitive wage dependent on skills and experience.

Attention Nurses: A Missoula employer is seeking Traveling Registered Nurses (RNs) from a wide variety of specialized disciplines.

The business hopes to find skilled, knowledgeable, and dedicated individuals to provide nursing care to a diverse group of patients. Applicants must possess a current unrestricted Montana RN license and ACLS/BLS certification. Individuals must have two to three years of RN experience.

A Missoula wholesaler is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager. This position requires four to six years of experience in the marketing industry including the management of a marketing department. The employer prefers a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Applicants must have extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational goals and strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

The Manager must be willing to travel to an affiliated company in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and must have the flexibility and ability to work with a wide variety of people. The Marketing Manager will develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. He or she will evaluate customers, research market conditions and competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed.
