Insulation is R-30 in ceilings & R-20 in walls. Foundation is Styrofoam blocks filled with concrete, which means 12 inch walls. 2 inch Styrofoam outside/inside & 8 inches. concrete in middle.

Situated on 14 acres of pine tree covered, mostly flat, mountain top land. No other homes within sight of house, except far below in Bitterroot valley. Wood patio off living room works excellent for storing wood on racks. Tile covered floor from back door to around stove. Large 28 x 24 garage insulated & finished. Heavy duty work bench has large window facing Bitterroot Range.

First floor same level as outside entrance, 2 steps up from garage. Doors-36 in. wide & Master bedroom, laundry room, kitchen, & living room on 1st floor. The covered 6 foot wide deck runs 48 feet along the south side & continues 26 feet along west side. These are view sides & look at Sapphire range to Continental Divide on south side, back up Bitterroot range to southwest.

Large open meadow to south & west has wildlife viewing: deer, elk, turkey, fox, eagles, hawks, crows, ravens, robins, hummingbirds, etc. Maintenance free natural tin roofing, sides have Hardee, painted siding.
