The University

Just south of the Clark Fork River at the base of Mt. Sentinel lies Missoula’s University district, a residential enclave of tree-lined streets, historic craftsman homes, and small but well-tended yards.

The University District is also home to a broad mix of families, young professionals, and retirees, and boasts some of the finest amenities in town. The river trail system to the north, the famous “M” trail on Mt. Sentinel to the east, and the University Golf Course to the south are among the most beloved recreation spots in town.

The University District is one of Missoula’s crown jewels.

Here’s the 4-1-1 (including maps) on the University District Neighborhood as provided by the City of Missoula.
