The Lewis & Clark/Southgate Triangle is bound by Higgins Avenue and 39th Street on the southeast and South Avenue and Russell on the northwest. It is ideally located for getting almost anywhere in Missoula—from the mall to downtown—conveniently.
Staying at home offers quite a bit, too. Sentinel High School and some of Missoula’s best recreation areas are right here. Spring through autumn, Playfair Park is bustling with activity as families congregate among the soccer fields, tennis courts, and the recently built water park, Splash Montana.
