Just what is Active Moms Missoula? 
We’re a group of moms and women in the Missoula area who are coming together to form friendships and encourage one another to live healthy lives. We work in conjunction with the YMCA and Run Wild Missoula and are seeking to partner with other active groups in the Missoula area.
Our goal is to inspire moms and women in the Missoula area to lead healthy lives by nurturing friendships and fostering group activities. We are scheduling Mommy and Me classes at the YMCA and scheduling group runs, walks, hikes, and other activities in the community.
