Applicants must have at least three years’ excavation experience, including residential work, and heavy equipment operation experience. Other qualifications include experience running construction crews, leadership abilities, a current driver’s license, and the ability to pass a drug test. Seasonal camp crew members earn $15 per hour, on an on-call basis. Duties include weed wash stations, setting up and taking down camps, providing support for everyone, and any other duties as assigned.
