Over the past two years, DIRECTV has completely transformed the customer experience, earning the highest customer service ranking for television providers in the 2014 U.S. Net Promoter Benchmark. And that’s not the only experience the company has overhauled in recent years.
The Missoula Customer Care site has implemented a stronger focus on empowerment and skill development for our employees, and now offers the community more opportunities than ever before.
