They complete documentation on residents, transfer and discharge residents, provide medication assistance and personal care, maintain a safe and sanitary environment, prepare and serve food and clean up food areas, provide housekeeping and laundry service, and assist residents with activities. CNAs must have current Montana certification. PCAs are not required to have certification. Experience with elder care, Alzheimer’s and dementia patients is preferred. Employer will train PCAs. Employees must be able to lift 75 pounds, transfer residents, and communicate effectively with residents, their family members and staff. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
