A head engineer / maintenance manager is needed as soon as possible. The head engineer manages the maintenance staff and ensures that hotel facilities and systems operate properly. Duties include scheduling workers, budgeting, tracking preventive maintenance paperwork, solving HVAC, plumbing, or other issues, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring the smooth daily operation and guest appeal of the hotel. The ideal candidate has worked as a head engineer, manager, or building maintenance supervisor.
