A bachelor’s degree and three years of work experience in a related field are preferred. A valid Montana drivers license and clean driving record are required. The manager must have experience with food purchase and food sourcing, inventory systems and warehouse/facility management. Other requirements include being able to drive large delivery trucks in a variety of settings and weather conditions, working well in a team environment, and effective communication, computer and organizational skills. The manager is required to obtain forklift training within 10 working days and ServSafe certification within 30 days. This position is responsible for food purchase, inventory and transport, warehouse/facility organization and maintenance, as well as equipment and vehicle maintenance. Budget management, health-department compliance, and supervision are among the responsibilities. It pays $13 – $15 per hour plus benefits and requires some weekend and evening hours. This employee must have ASE and manufacturer certification, excellent time-management skills and be able to pass a seven-year criminal background check. A choice of location is available for a program director who supervises a developmental disability residential and work program for individuals with autism. Travel is required, but the director may live in Missoula, Anaconda, or Bozeman. A master’s degree is preferred or an equivalency may be established with a combination of education, experience and/or certifications, experience with people who have developmental delays, and experience managing treatment facilities. The director must be certified in Applied Behavioral Analysis or capable of obtaining certification with the employer’s financial assistance. A thorough knowledge of residential program administration, familiarity with pertinent treatment modalities, and interpersonal and leadership skills are needed. Salary is $35,000 to $55,000 per year and full benefits for 40 hours per week.
