We set out to discover the best ingredients stuffed between two slices of bread that Missoula has to offer.
Everyone has his or her own idea of the right materials to build the perfect sandwich. We talked to locals, foodies, and restaurant employees to try and narrow down the selection.
If a sandwich is the bite you’re seeking, Missoula’s assortment of cafes, restaurants, and delis won’t give you a hard time satisfying that craving.
We taste-tested a Reuben at Wheat Montana, a Megadeath at Tagliare Deli, and two unique sub sandwiches from Dan’s Soup & San.
Although every one of these sandwiches brings something different to the table, by no means is one greater than the rest. No matter what kind of sandwiches you like, there’s will be one in Missoula to tempt your taste buds.
