A Salute to Our Troops: Photos of Veterans’ Day Events in Montana

Students from Jeremy Lurgio and Keith Graham’s Intermediate Photojournalism classes at the University of Montana captured some of the moments from Veterans’ Day events in Missoula, Bozeman, Great Falls, Hamilton, St. Ignatius, Ronan, and Frenchtown. We’re pleased to present these photos as part of our tribute to the Soldiers, Marines, Airmen, Sailors, and Guardsmen from Montana and across the nation who have served and sacrificed for our country.

For more Veterans’ Day coverage, see UM student Patrick Record’s reflections on the new Fallen Soldier Memorial, a multimedia piece on the Remembrance Day National Roll Call Ceremony, and United States of Hope director Sam Redfern’s tribute to his fellow service members.
